Parker & Lynch is teaming up with a well-established Credit Union based out of Albuquerque, New Mexico that is looking for a Card Service Manager to join the team ASAP!  The primary responsibilities of the Card Service Manager will oversee the Card Services operations, works with Lending and Marketing managers to develop plans to implement new products and oversees all card processing functions and projects. This position is a fulltime, in-office, direct hire opportunity that offers the wonderful opportunity to work with consumers top tanked credit union.

Job Duties:

  • Assists Management in developing short and long-term goals and plans for the Card Services Department.  Provides suggestions and recommendations.
  • Monitors and evaluates work quality, efficiency, and productivity. Ensures that completed work is of the highest quality.  Provides suggestions for improved service delivery.  Seeks new methods to accomplish Department duties.
  •  Provides leadership to Department personnel through effective objective setting, delegation, and communication.  Conducts staff meetings as required and informs personnel of policy and procedural changes. Provides coaching action plans and discusses areas needing improvement and encourages employee suggestions and ideas.
  • Ensures that requests, questions, and problems are courteously and professionally resolved.
  • Completes reports, records, and other documentation as required.  Prepares a comprehensive monthly report on Department activities.  
  •    Works closely with the Marketing Department to enhance marketing efforts
  • Qualifications Necessary

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
  •  Operational understanding of Card Servicing Department functions.
  • Knowledge of card processing policies and 
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
