    Responsibilities

  • Track insurance for new and existing subcontractors including General Liability, Worker’s Compensation, Professional Liability and Auto Insurance
  • Create insurance waivers to be approved as needed
  • Handle non-compliant issues between subcontractors and insurance monitoring service
  • Monitor Insurance reports to assist expired vendors with obtaining updated certificates
  • Keep the database clean by removing any inactive vendors from our system
  • Assist with utility bill pay processing & creating new billing accounts
  •  

    Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience with commercial general liability insurance
  •  

    Pay

  • $60k/year base salary
  •  

    Hours

  • No weekends!
  • Monday – Friday, standard business hours but flexible schedule
  •
