Escrow/Closing Team Lead

 

We’re partnering with one of America’s most well-known Homebuilders that’s looking for an experienced Escrow/Closing Team Lead in Kirkland, WA. In this position you will report directly to the Closing Manager & help oversee the department. You will be reviewing sale contracts and auditing files for accuracy so strong attention to detail is a MUST!

Compensation

  • $58-60k/year base salary + bonuses & optional overtime

  • Monday – Friday standard business hours
  • The schedule is flexile between the hours of 8am-6pm

    Responsibilities

  • Help organize and plan weekly team meetings
  • Review and approve settlement statements and closing disclosures
  • Schedule closing dates and notify all parties formally in writing
  • Track and report on the status of all loans closing within the current month
  • Prepare documents for closing and notarize deeds
  • Oversee the ordering of documents for closing such as Builder Certificates, lender documents & more
  •  

    Desired Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in escrow, title or mortgage is required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Notary Public (preferred, not required)
  •
