Parker & Lynch is partnering with a reputable mortgage corporation in adding Jr. Loan Processor to their team in Bonney Lake, WA. Initial training will take place onsite in Bonney Lake, then there will be potential for remote work. This is a full-time, direct hire role. Ideal candidate will have 2+ years of relevant experience in a mortgage processing or similar role.
Job Duties:
Gather financial and various other types of data to complete loan files
Evaluate incoming loan applications and escalate for further review when necessary
Assist in clearing conditions, if required, by collecting the documentation needed to clear those conditions
Order verifications of employment, verifications of deposits, appraisals, and other supporting documentation
Obtain missing documentation by communicating with both borrowers and Loan Officers
Ensure loans close on time by maintaining an organized and prioritized workflow
Prepare and deliver approval and denial letters to borrowers
Submit approved loan files to the Closer
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a mortgage loan processing or similar role
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of conventional, FHA, and VA loan requirements
Experience with desktop underwriting programs is preferred
Minimum Education: High School Diploma
Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products (including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.)
Ability to train onsite in Bonney Lake, WA

Compensation:
· Base pay will vary depending on level of experience; $3K/month for Junior Processors and $5K/month for experienced Processors
