Loan Officer Assistant
The mortgage industry is BOOMING and now is the perfect time to make a change & take your career to the next level. As a Loan Officer Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish with the file. You will support two top producing Loan Officers in this fast-paced role. We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of previous experience in mortgage ideally, but we are willing to train the right person with prior experience in mortgage, banking, or the financial services industry. This position is onsite in Lynnwood, WA.
Job Duties:
Collaborate closely with the Loan Officer to process applications in the system and collect all necessary documentation for Loan Processing team
Provide disclosures to the borrows in a timely manner
Track deadlines and follow up consistently to ensure that loan processing is on track
Follow up with borrowers daily to give them status updates and request any further documentation as needed
Maintain the communication between the Loan Officer, Processors, Realtors, and borrowers
Qualifications:
Hard working, motivated and organized
Team player attitude is a MUST to be considered!
1+ years of experience in mortgage, banking or financial services industry
Compensation:
$40-50k/year + bonuses (very competitive structure)
