Job Duties:
Review files to ensure compliance with underwriting, government, and investor and company requirements.
Effectively communicate with all parties regarding loan status
Efficiently handle closing documents from start to finish to satisfy compliance and regulation timelines
Responsible for preparing and verifying final figures.
Timely request of wires
Work with title companies to schedule closings
Qualifications:
Minimum high school diploma or GED required
Minimum 2 years experience as loan closer, loan funder, or loan processor
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organization and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast paced environment either independently or part of a team
