Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant

Parker & Lynch is partnering with a company in Denver, CO that’s looking to hire a full-time Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant. As a LOA, you will be the main point of contact for all borrowers moving forward in the loan application process. Prior experience is required to be considered for this position.

This is a direct hire, long-term opportunity with a company that offers plenty of room for growth.

 

Job Duties

  • Support the Loan Officer in following up on referrals and leads to produce loan viable applications
  • Conduct market research and make cold calls to generate new business
  • Collect necessary documentation from customers to provide to loan processing team
  • Track progress of all loans and follow up consistently with customers
  •  

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience is preferred
  • 6+ months of experience in the mortgage industry (REQUIRED)
  •  

    Pay

  • $40-55k/year base salary + commission
  • We offer excellent benefits & a generous commission structure!
  •  

    Hours

  • Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
  • Manage and set your own schedule within standard business hours
