Parker & Lynch is partnering with a full-service retail mortgage lender in adding a remote Loan Processor to their experienced processing team. This is a full-time, direct hire role.  Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of conventional processing experience.


Job Duties:

  • Process Conventional, FHA, and VA loans (with a heavy focus on Conventional - 65%)
  • Ensure completeness of all loan applications and loan documents and verify borrower's qualification for specified loan product
  • Partner with and advise Loan Officers regarding incomplete documentation and/or deficiencies
  • Prepare GFE, TIL. disclosures, and fee worksheets
  • Order appraisals and run borrower's credit
  • Partner with Escrow team to obtain preliminary title reports, wire instructions, closing protection letters, etc.
  • Utilize Encompass system to package and submit complete loan files
  • Partner with Loan Officers, Escrow Officers and Funders to clear funding conditions, etc.


  • 3+ years of mortgage loan processing experience
  • Extensive knowledge of Conventional loans, with exposure to FHA and VA as well
  • Minimum Education: High School Diploma
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers
  • Experience with Encompass (Loan Origination Software)
  • Knowledge of RESPA
