Mortgage Loan Processor


Parker & Lynch is searching for an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor to work in the comfort of their own home office! The candidate we are looking for MUST have experience working in relevant mortgage software systems such as Encompass or Calyx Point. Our mortgage client is based in the greater Western WA area, so we encourage Loan Processors who live in Washington State to apply! Consideration will also be given to those who live in the Pacific Time zone.



Job Duties:

  • Completes loan contracts and ensures clients are kept informed of the rules and requirements.
  • Works with clients to establish their needs and recommend suitable types of loans.
  • Submits files to the designated Underwriter.
  • Conducts interviews to assess client eligibility for loans or mortgages.
  • Ensures compliance with the established regulations and law requirements.
  • Collects and prepares all necessary documentation for the loan package.
  • Researches applicant credit status and current financial position.
  • Prepares and maintains all paperwork for existing and new loans, including loan disclosures.


  • Relevant software system proficiency
  • A minimum of 3+ years’ experience in residential mortgage lending, loan processing, or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of closing procedures, loan processes, and documentation.
  • An understanding of banking computer software and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication skills and time management skills.

  • Full Time, Direct Hire


  • $60,000 to $75,000 base depending on experience level. Salaried with benefits and high bonus potential!


  • 40 hours per week.
