Mortgage Loan Processor

Parker & Lynch is teaming up with a local mortgage lender in the Greater Seattle area that’s looking for an experience Mortgage Loan Processor ASAP. You can choose to work in the office or 100% remote but must be able to go into the office in Lynnwood or Seattle on occasion. This is a full-time, direct hire position. Job Duties:

  • Prepare disclosures and enter borrower’s data into Encompass software
  • Order and review credit reports, title reports, flood, tax returns & verification of employment
  • Managing the loan from start to finish to ensure timely closure
  • Review and verify documentation to ensure it aligns with findings and submit to underwriting
  • Clear all underwriting conditions as needed
  • Prepare closing disclosures
  • Keep up with all federal, state and regulatory guidelines


    Qualifications Necessary

  • 1+ years of experience in mortgage loan processing
  • Ability to multitask and be flexible to changing priorities
  • Prior experience in Encompass (preferred, not required)


  • $65k/year base + $70 per file if under 20 files, after you hit 21 all files are paid at $100/per file


  • Flexible schedule – weekends OFF!
  • 2+ weeks of PTO in your first year & 10 paid holidays
