Mortgage Operations Manager

Parker & Lynch is partnering with a well-established credit union in the area that has been in business for over 70 years! They are looking for a Mortgage Operations Manager to lead a team of 8-10 Originators across the Greater Seattle Area. This is strictly a leadership position, so you will not be originating in this role.

    Compensation: $110-125k base salary + annual bonus


  • Train, coach, and mentor new and experienced Loan Officers
  • Handle all escalated borrower questions, complaints, and inquiries
  • Implement new processes and procedures to support the credit union’s growth goals
  • Develop new strategies for improving quality of work
  • Support the continued education of the mortgage origination team
  • Create and maintain harmony across various departments

    Experience Required:

  • 3-5+ years of Mortgage Origination experience
  • 2+ years of leadership & a passion for training, coaching and mentoring others
