This person is the conductor of the client experience ensuring satisfaction, communication, and the right mortgage solution.

    Compensation: $46k base + competitive bonus structure
    Average performer makes $156k + annually
    Top performers make $300k/year + annually



  • Work directly with clients to assess client need and appropriate mortgage solution and provides excellent customer service on inbound sales calls with a high conversion rate
  • Prepare and complete preliminary loan packages for processing and maintains regular communication with customers, real estate agents, and titles companies
  • Engage with fellow teammates to ensure a smooth and successful transaction is completed in a timely manner.

    Experience Needed:

  • 1+ years of experience as a Junior Loan Officer or Loan Officer required
  • Experience with conventional and government loan products
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of customer service and interpersonal best practices
  • Positive attitude, team player
  • Professional oral and written communication skills
  • Being proactive is a requirement for this role; you must take initiative, be a driving force and want to succeed
