Parker & Lynch is partnering with a top-rated mortgage employer in adding a Reverse Mortgage Manager to its growing sales team in Greenwood Village, CO. Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of reverse mortgage experience plus successful experience managing a team. This is an onsite role in Greenwood Village, CO. It is a full-time, direct hire role.


Job Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):

· Collaborate with leadership, Sales, and Marketing to develop effective lead generation strategies

· Expand and oversee a top-performing reverse mortgage team

· Implement lead and demand generation strategies, including marketing campaigns and/or inbound and outbound sales

· Regularly prepare and deliver lead generation activity reports to the leadership team

· Generate, follow-up, qualify, and process leads for the external sales team



· 3+ years of reverse mortgage experience required (including marketing and generation)

· Experience building and managing successful teams within the mortgage space

· Successful experience achieving and exceeding sales quotas

· Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to build positive working relationships with internal and external customers

· Ability to excel in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment

· Proficient in Microsoft Suite products (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
