Help Desk Position in Mesa, AZ
Parker+Lynch is currently conducting a direct hire search for a Help Desk position in Mesa, AZ. Our client is seeking an experienced person to join their stable, growing company!
Responsibilities for Help Desk Job
Respond to incoming requests from phone, email, and other communication channels and document issues and resolution accurately
Provide support for issues related to Microsoft Office, Windows OS, hardware, software, peripherals, etc.
Provide one on one support to new and existing employees
Serve as back-up to other offices as needed
Resolve issues with printers, wireless setup, email connectivity, company computers and peripheral devices (smart phones/tablets, etc.) on multiple platforms and all other IT related needs as assigned
Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook
Experience with supporting software and application installations
Experience in a high call volume support environment
Two (2) or more years with Desktop Support experience
