A leading renewables and environment company is looking to hire a qualified IT Director to
execute, organize, and consistently plan for all their office locations. The ideal candidate should
have in-depth work experience with firms with distributed workforce.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Work closely with users and leadership teams, understand the company’s needs and
general use of IT to ensure high user satisfaction.
? Plan and recommend information technology to meet and support company objectives
based on evaluation and research.
? Execution and implementation of upgraded or new information systems by means of
well-defined plans including deadlines, accountability and procedures.
? Manages and organizes several priorities properly.
? Ensure that cybersecurity procedures and policies are communicated to the staff and
enforce compliance.
? Ensure a proper and complete security plan to protect the privacy, availability and
integrity of the IT infrastructure and the communicated and stored data.
? Check and determine mobile communication standards and configurations.
? Stay updated with the latest regulations and trends to ensure compliance and
effectiveness.

REQUIREMENTS:
? BS Degree in Computer Science, IT, Information systems or equivalent experience.
? 12+ years of IT operations experience.
? Experience managing and leading Large IT projects and exhibiting IT infrastructures
across different technologies.
? Ability to communicate highly technical and specialized information both in verbal and
written.
? Exceptional knowledge when it comes to phone systems, computer systems, systems
administration, data storage systems, databases, security and network.
