Parker & Lynch Technology is working with a non-profit healthcare leader, who serves marginalized and ethnic communities, to find an exceptional IT Manager with 15 years of IT and 8 years of management experience for a Full-Time position.


This role requires ownership of the company’s functional and technical IT infrastructure and data management. Our ideal candidate possesses the ability to manage and develop a small team of IT professionals, create and adjust Infrastructure/Systems Roadmap, and provide functional/technical leadership of tech stack to ensure protection, compliance, and sustainability. Job Responsibilities and Summary 

  • Lead a team of 5 IT Professionals.
  • Own IT Infrastructure and Systems Roadmap with a growth and sustainability mindset.
  • Provide functional and technical leadership, implementation, and support of all systems including Nextgen, I2I, Blackbaud, and Microsoft 365.
  • Persistent assessment of company’s security risk and vulnerabilities while minimizing risk through internal and external resources.
  • Create and implement IT policies and procedures to comply with all state and national requirements and certifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software, network, and telecommunication issues.
  • Implement backup and recover strategy of IT Infrastructure.
  • Serve as HIPPA Compliance Officer regarding tech and data privacy HIPPA policies.

    Job Requirements 

  • 15 years of IT experience.
  • 8 years of management within the IT space.
  • 5 years’ experience in supporting clinical applications such as Nextgen or comparable system.
  • SQL, Data Management, Data Security, and HIPPA Governance experience.
  • BS in Computer Science or MIS related field or equivalent experience
