Good chance to work for a cutting-edge distributor of high-end appliances in the western US. The organization is looking for a dynamic full-time IT Service Desk Analyst. The role will be the first level of contact for all IT matters. He/she will report directly to the IT & Facilities Manager.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Basic to moderate end-user support for IT matters.
  • Remote tech support and aid on software, applications, and peripherals.
  • Update service request ticketing in real time.
  • Expedite end-user issues with the team and management.
  •  

    Must Have:

  • Computer hardware/software knowledge.
  • Microsoft and Apple OS knowledge.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Solid experience with mobile devices (Android and iOS).
  • Strong problem-solving/troubleshooting skills.
  • Ticketing systems, Salesforce experience.
  •  

    Good to Have:

  • Previous service Desk/Help Desk role.
  • Networking knowledge.
  •  

    Other Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent.
  • Previous Customer Service experience.
  • Tech-driven industry work.
