Parker + Lynch has an opportunity for a System Support Analyst in Mid-Town Manhattan area who can provide companywide helpdesk and desktop support. Ideal candidate can maintain and install infrastructure, firewalls and networking equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide companywide helpdesk support
  • Diagnosis, correction and user education (Mac / Apple)
  • Improve systems, service and reliability
  • What we are looking for:

  • Excellent knowledge of current desktop operating systems and Mac OS (Windows 7, 8, 10, Linux)
  • Proficient in Outlook, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat
  • Skilled in Office 365 Migration
  • Great problem-solving skills
  • Bonus points for:

  • Knowledge of firewalls, VPN (IPsec and SSL) LDAP and Radius
  • Salesforce Admin
  • Business recovery experience
