A SaaS company is looking for a highly motivated .NET Lead Software Engineer to join and lead the company’s team of offshore developers in delivering advanced technical solutions. This role reports to the Director of Software Engineering and will develop and create strong relationships with Client Services, Product, and Tech organizations in a collaborative organization.


Job Duties:

  • Ensure tasks and deliverables meet project targets and customer expectations by working with business stakeholders, business analysts and staff.
  • From inception to roll-out, lead a development team to deliver full-lifecycle Salesforce implementations.
  • Document and state technical requirements to internal and external development professionals.
  • Define test plans and scenarios with the QA team.
  • Design scalable and extensible solutions that meet the company’s current and future needs.
  • Provide support for customer-facing applications by implementing integrations with other Sontiq systems.
  • Plan and lead agile technical meetings.
  • Promote sound engineering process and best system architecture practices.
  • Research, plan, implement, and document new solutions, systems, and frameworks with a core architecture team of lead developers.

    Job Requirements:

  • BS Degree in Computer science or related field/experience
  • At least 5 years experience as a software engineer (with 2+ years hands-on leadership experience of a team of developers)
  • Expert skills in .NET/C# development
  • Experience with client-side?frameworks?like React & Angular, and knowledge on best HTML and Javascript practices
  • AWS, Azure or other cloud technologies experience
  • API?development?, Git source control, and Object-oriented programming
  • Substantial knowledge on system?design and?design patterns
  • Experience with scalable and distributed cloud architectures is preferrable
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • A team player with the strong ability to lead a virtual team
  • Able to work efficiently in a highly adaptive and agile development environment
