An international non-profit organization is looking to hire a Financial System Administrator to provide support and management for the Financial Systems platforms including SAP Concur, Workday Adaptive and Oracle NetSuite as well as future enhancements, ongoing maintenance, configuration and integrations. The Financial System Administrator will work closely with the program staff, Human Resources, FT&A and Development.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage and configure form layouts, record types and values and fields.

- Report, create and support dashboard

- Work with Concur and NetSuite support to resolve issues

- Monitor financial system issues and end-user questions through the organizations ticketing system (Jira)

- Work with IT colleagues to troubleshoot errors and manage the NetSuite integrations with key systems by using Workday Adaptive, traceability systems, Salesforce and SAP Concur

- Work with other teams for future integration of systems

- Communicate impacts and changes to user community as well as monitor release management

- Implement QA, change management processes and deployment

- Oversee process efficiencies, work with Global Internal Compliance and perform audits

- Serve as the main point of contact for Concur and NetSuite support issues

- Review as well as improve approval workflows and controls

REQUIREMENTS:

- 3-5 years NetSuite Administrator experience including integration management

- Ability to work consistently in several departments

- Excellent verbal and written skills

- Ability to learn and use accounting and technical language

- Excellent understanding of non-profit best practices and accounting principles

- Knowledge of Workday, Concur, Salesforce platforms

- Excellent project management skills

- Experience working with a global organization

- NetSuite Certified Administrator highly preferred
