A company in the senior care industry is looking to Senior Product Managers to join their team. The ideal candidate should be an expert in data and have a passion for product management. The Product Manager should also be a critical thinker and one who understands business needs.

Job responsibilities:

  • Assess product performance data and produce insights.
  • Create real-time data dashboards to aid real-time decision-making.
  • Perform prototyping and use heat map tools.
  • Work with the right teams and stakeholders to understand and define data needs, upcoming feature requirements, processes, and pipelines that help facilitate decision-making.
  • Conduct process mapping, system analysis, product and user segmentation, funnel analysis, and product discovery using story mapping.
  • Create and develop a long-term product vision and develop a strategy to achieve it.
  • Create A/B tests and establish Minimal Viable Product (MVP).
  • Present product strategy and business case to senior management for product buy-in request.
  • Develop metrics for product optimization and track objectives/results to be achieved for the product area.
  • Collaborate with teams on prototype testing and new product designs.
  • Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Product Manager
  • Minimum 3 years experience in consumer-focused web/mobile experiences
  • Experience in writing SQL queries
  • Expert skills in Mural and story mapping
  • Experience in CRM sales process automation and creating supporting apps outside of core CRM systems
  • CRM implementation in B2B and B2C environments experience
  • Agile methodology tools experience like JIRA
  • Experience in Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics, or other similar tools
  • A/B test design and implementation experience
  • Experience in Google Analytics or other similar tools
  • Experience in A/B test design and implementation
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to travel
