Parker & Lynch Technology is working with a non-profit healthcare leader, who serves marginalized and ethnic communities, to find a talented Contract-to-hire Quality Improvement Data Coordinator with 2+ years of experience in Quality Improvement data reporting using an EHR database within a non-profit and/or Healthcare market.


As a Quality Improvement Data Coordinator, you will be responsible for collecting and organizing data within an Electronic Health Records (EHR) database to ensure proper compliance, analytics, and auditing. If you are looking to progress your career – apply today!


Job Responsibilities and Summary

  • Responsible to develop, maintain, and implement reports and plans to achieve quality improvement goals using NextGen EHR database.
  • Responsible for ensuring staff members conform to government regulations and institutional policies to mitigate risk and compliance.
  • Investigate claims against the company and oversees performance improvement targets across the organization.

    Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Quality Improvement data reporting using an EHR system.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a clinical, technical, or similar field.
  • Previous professional experience with process redesign in non-profit and/or healthcare market.
  • Previous experience using NextGen or comparable EHR system.
  • SQL knowledge is highly preferred

    Monday – Friday

    8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
