A company in the innovative video technology industry is looking to hire a detail-oriented and highly organized Salesforce Developer to join their team. This position will play a crucial role in the success of design and setup. 

 

The ideal candidate should be an expert in using SFDC functionality to solve complicated business problems. He/She should also be able to self-lead, work well with tight timelines, perform repetitive tasks efficiently, and possess a high level of professional integrity.

 

Job responsibilities:

  • Configure, develop, execute, and support solutions with the Salesforce Administrator using custom or declarative APEX functionality and also APIs. 
  • Construct, improve, and maintain Salesforce functionality including: user management, objects, creation of custom reports and report types, validation, workflow and assignment rules, quick actions, flow, email alerts, process builder, and approval processes.
  • Map and manage all data to ensure Salesforce system data integrity.
  • Develop feature release management plan in accordance with Salesforce release cycles (including roadmap for Lightning improvements) with the Salesforce Administrator.
  • Perform end-to-end maintenance, end-user support, and configuration of custom and/or out of box functionality.
  • Create, execute, and prioritize configuration requests that support business needs with the Salesforce Administrator. 
  • Head discovery workshops, facilitate large audiences, present solutions and prototype demonstrations.
  • Drive efficiencies, policies, systems that support Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Finance Organizations and Sales Operations with a team.
     
  • Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or similar field
  • At least 1-2 years experience as Salesforce Administrator or similar experience in a finance, consulting, marketing automation, SaaS, or high-growth environment.
  • Current Salesforce Certification (ADM 201) and also (ADM 211, DEV450, CPQ)
  • Experience with APEX triggers/classes creation, API support, Visualforce pages/components, Workflows, and Process Builder
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Lightning, and Lightning component configuration
  • Solid knowledge of Salesforce CPQ limitations and capabilities
  • Able to communicate technical intricacy to business users.
     
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in support and configuration of Salesforce instances of 150 users across Marketing, Sales, Corporate Teams, and Support
  • Atlassian Jira Project Management Software administration experience
  • Experience in Pardot implementation and administration
  •
