A leading mobile cybersecurity provider is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to support their cloud-based applications as well as lead its continuous development. The SSA will utilize the best agile development practices and lead a team to create solutions intended to meet business needs .

The ideal candidate should have the ability to lead a team that brings solutions for various concurrent projects and possesses strong technical expertise. This role is involved in every aspect of software engineering such as testing, deployment, analysis, design and architecture.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with engineering/technical staff, business analysts and stakeholders to ensure deliverables and tasks are met based on customer expectations and project targets
  • Document and inform external and internal development professionals including the QA team about the technical requirements
  • Develop flexible and innovative solutions to meet the future and current requirements of the organization
  • Provide customer-facing applications support by implementing integrations with other systems
  • Supervise the development team throughout the entire lifecycle of Salesforce implementations
  • Lead and plan meetings and agile technical discussions including routine technical scrums, retrospectives and sprint planning
  • Promotes solid engineering procedures including unit testing, deployment, writing clean code, overseeing code reviews, system architecture best practices and performance architecture
  • Team up with lead developers to implement, research, support and plan new systems, frameworks and solutions

    REQUIREMENTS:

  • B.S. Degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience and training
  • 5+ years of Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud development and configuration experience, plus 2+ years of practical development leadership experience
  • Experience providing Salesforce functional and detailed system designs, writing user stories and specify business needs
  • Experience in documenting existing and future procedures to exceed or achieve desired business goals
  • Excellent written and oral communication, facilitation, decision-making and presentation skills
  • Self-started and highly motivated
  • Ability to perform in a highly agile and adaptive environment 
  • Familiar with Salesforce APIs (REST and/or SOAP)
  • In-depth knowledge of design patterns as well as system design
  • Basic platform customizations experience (page layouts, fields, etc)
  • Experience in creation and enforcement of security model design
  • Experience with object-oriented  Salesforce APEX development
  • Ability to create validation rules, complicated workflows and triggers
  • Ability to develop Lightning components and Visualforce pages
  • Supervise defect resolution and testing
  • Familiar with Git source control and Salesforce DX
  •  

    Additional (Desirable) Skills:

  • Experience with contact center or omni-channel support
  • Service Cloud Voice experience
  • Experience with Amazon Connect, Nodejs and AWS Lambda
  • Salesforce event monitoring experience 
  • Experience with Platform App Designer, Platform App Builder, Sharing and Visibility Designer, Data Architecture, Lifecycle and Development Designer, Community Cloud,  Integration Architecture Designer and Identity and Access Management Designer
