A SaaS company backed by a global powerhouse is looking for a talented Senior Product Manager to join their rapidly growing, dynamic team. This position will manage an app that helps large companies with hybrid work scenarios and will develop roadmaps. The ideal candidate should be technically grounded, a stellar communicator, both data and experience-driven, and thrive on working with various teams.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Survey market trends and work with end users, customers, and sales teams to identify  opportunities and patterns.
  • Own end-to-end workflows (analytics report, app interfaces, configuration tools, and data models).
  • Conduct research and testing to validate hypotheses.
  • Develop a compelling outcome-based roadmap and communicate it throughout the organization.
  • Define and evaluate success for both corporate real estate teams and end users.
  • Work with the UX and engineering team to develop new solutions and define requirements.
  • Work closely with go-to-market teams to launch new features and help new roll-outs.
  • Gather and prioritize internal and external feedback constantly.

    Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years as a Product Manager working with SaaS, mobile apps, or other related technologies
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Prior experience in shipping products (especially 0 to 1 products or replatforms)
  • Ruled based and ML personalization experience
  • Proven track record in improving product quality and impact by working with end users, customer service, research and analytics
  • Must have experience with new product dev application, personalization, and customization for customers
  • Experience in successfully launching personalized mobile experiences
  • Strong executive presence but is also a trusted advisor within the organization and customers 
  •  

    Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience in growth, partnering with sales and marketing in user base scaling for consumer or B2B2C products
  • Previous corporate real estate or workplace products experience
  • North Star Metric frameworks experience
  • Based in the Bay Area
