A senior care company is looking to hire an energetic Senior Support Technician to join their organization. The ideal candidate must have good technical knowledge with excellent communication skills.

 

Job responsibilities:

  • Provide support to customers to make sure their tech is working with no issues.
  • Be the first point of contact (via email or phone) for the company employees regarding technical assistance.
  • Conduct remote troubleshooting through appropriate questions and techniques.
  • Diagnose and fix technical issues (hardware & software) with the internet, VPN, emails, Windows, Google Apps, etc.
  • Manage SaaS products like mobile device systems, desktop management, etc.
  • Help with the onboarding process for employees.
  • Record in a ticketing system all end-user support.
  •  

    Job Qualifications

  • A+ Certification is a must 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in desktop/laptop technical support
  • Skills in equipment installation including desktop PCs, laptops, monitors, etc.
  • Clear and exceptional communication skills
  • Experience in remote troubleshooting
  • Great multitasking skills
  •
