Overall purpose of job:

Parker + Lynch is looking for an experienced helpdesk technical support applicant to join our team. This role will help troubleshoot and support existing users laptop, desktop and mobile device needs. While also running a helpdesk to best deliver IT services.

Looking for a candidate who can perform functions related to Server, Firewall and networking equipment support.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks :

Information Technology Helpdesk

  • Helpdesk support for all system
  • Train users in MS Office products
  • Work to improve current systems and practices
  •  

    Qualifications:

  • Ability to maintain and support Cat6 cabling system 
  • Administration of Windows Server 2003/2008R2/2012, and Azure Environment for Office 365. 
  • Experience with Windows 7-10 + Linux
  • Systems imaging (SCCM, Ghost)
  • Experience performing back ups and working with related technologies
  • FortiGate, FortiAP and FortiSwitch setup and maintenance.
