  • What You'll Be Doing

  • Designing innovative web engineering solutions for our clients and their businesses
  • Analyzing, selecting, and implementing cutting-edge technologies
  • Research, recommend, and implement industry best practices for the engineering and delivery teams
  • Mentoring and managing an enthusiastic team
  • Holding self and others accountable
  • Meets the needs of customers. Delivers high-quality products and services and improves them
  • Problem Solving – Identifies and analyzes problems; weighs relevance and accuracy of information; generates and evaluates alternative solutions; makes recommendations.
  • Requirement

  • 5 years of relevant software engineering experience or Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years experience using JavaScript, React, Node, Angular
  • 3+ years experience in building React + Redux applications
  • Experience using Linux/Unix command line MacOS
  • Web tooling and automation
  • DevOps/SysOps, advanced understanding of object oriented and MVC principles
  • Experience working with end users
  • Leadership experience - will be managing 2-5 engineers per project
  • Able to work on 2-4 projects at a time with 18 month average timeframe
  • Building from ground up, no maintenance, building to function then hand off
  •
