Are you a Billing Specialist looking to for a stable and reputable company with a lot of growth potential? Parker + Lynch is recruiting for a Legal Billing Specialist for a client in the legal and professional services industry. They will consider someone coming from a strong medical billing background.  This is a newly created position to add a team member based on growth.  This team has a wonderful leader with very little turnover.  This role offers an EXCELLENT comprehensive benefit package. 


  • Direct billing or client account work for a law or professional services organization
  • Experience with accounting systems 
  • Proficient in e-billing applications 
  • Accurate proofreader and have strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and able to take direction well
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff and legal professionals
  • Team-oriented and have the ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience Requirement:

  • 3+ years of corporate billing experience (legal or medical billing preferred)
  • Strong Excel skills (vlookups, pivots, etc.)
  • Education Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree focused in Accounting, Finance or Business is a nice plus
  • Associates Degree focused in Accounting, Finance or Business preferred
  • Will consider directly related work experience for education
  • Pay Rate: $40 -$50k/year

    Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm - 40 hours a week
