Parker + Lynch Legal is assisting a prominent and well-respected firm in their search for a Healthcare Associate to join their Roseland, New Jersey office. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a top-ranked healthcare practice and leading national healthcare attorneys! The firm represents individuals and entities from all areas of the healthcare industry, including individual practitioners to large physician and dental groups, from hospitals and hospital systems to medical staff organizations, from physician specialty societies to healthcare trade associations, from long-term care facilities to home health and hospice agencies, and from substance use disorder treatment providers to other provider types and patients. The firm also handles general and outside counsel matters for physicians, hospitals and healthcare institutions, ambulatory centers, surgery centers, long term care facilities and other healthcare organizations.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience with healthcare transactional and regulatory matters – including with corporate and business matters including entity formation, operational and other agreements; transactional matters including joint ventures, healthcare business M&A, due diligence and drafting of vendor agreements; compliance matters and investigations as well as  reporting requirements. NJ bar admission required, NJ and NY bar admission preferred.
