Parker & Lynch is looking to hire a Senior Office Administrator in Newark, NJ. This direct hire requires an individual who can reach far beyond with great analytical capabilities, interpersonal skills, and an excellent detail-oriented mentality, and strong organizational skills. Apply now if you meet the qualifications!

Core Duties:  

  • Most Office Administrators manage 2-4 offices, but this one would only be managing Newark for now. Will eventually pick up a second or third office.
  • Oversee all secretary (7), paralegal (2), office services (1). 31 attorneys in this office also, but not manage them. 
  • This is about a mid-sized office.
  • Does not manage the attorney team, but will be responsible for recruiting/interviewing on attorney openings. 
  • Location: Newark, NJ - some travel. 1 week out of the month once they start overseeing the second office. The tentative return to office is Oct 18th.

    Must Haves: Law firm exp, no exceptions
