Parker + Lynch is working with an animal healthcare client that has an immediate need to hire an experienced and organized HR Business Partner (Manager) in Albuquerque, New Mexico. You will be supporting a specialty veterinarian group with 150 employees locally. This role is focused on employee relations and labor laws in addition to HR generalist tasks. This position is on-site daily.

Target salary is 75k to 90k with competitive and comprehensive benefits.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of HR experience
  • PHR/SPHR is desired
  • Bachelor's in human resources, business or psychology required
  • Industry knowledge in healthcare or retail strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of general HR policies & guidelines to ensure state and federal compliance
  • Experience with employee relations, labor law and employee engagement required
  • Bilingual - Spanish, is a huge plus
  • Essential Job Duties:

  • Report directly to the HR Director (out of state)
  • Manage all human resources functions for location

  • Ad-hoc projects as needed
