Human Resources Generalist

Parker+Lynch is currently looking to fill an HR Generalist position in Albuquerque, NM.

Our ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in a corporate HR setting. This position is with one of our clients in the Banking/Finance industry and the salary range is $55-60K with excellent benefits, including healthcare/insurance, 401K contribution, and a free gym membership.

As the HR Generalist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with any changes in policies/procedures and communicate them effectively to all employees and new hires
  • Managing benefits administration and communicate important updates to all existing and new employees
  • Assist the Recruitment Manager with all recruiting efforts and candidate retention
  • Coordinate all new hire orientations and prepare all needed materials
  • Employee relations and investigations
  • Special projects/duties as assigned

To qualify for this role, you will have:

  • 2+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (HR focus preferred)
  • SHRM certification preferred
  • Proficiency with PeopleSoft and other HRIS systems strongly preferred
  • Must have exceptional written/verbal communication skills and professionalism
  • Preferred bilingual fluency in English/Spanish
