Our client, a stable and growing investment firm is looking for an Administrative Assistant! This role reports directly to the Director of Operations and will support the staff. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years’ experience as an administrative assistant.

  • Filing and maintaining files
  • Answer and transfer phone calls
  • General support to executives
  • Prepare documents and spreadsheets
  • Research, proofreading, editing, and word processing


  • 1+ years’ experience as an admin or assistant
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Intermediate MS Excel and Word skillset required
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Strong organization skills
