Administrative Assistant - Personal Assistant

Parker + Lynch is searching for a dynamic Administrative/Personal Assistant for a boutique architectural firm located in Santa Fe, NM. 

Our superstar candidate has 5+ year of experience as an Administrative Assistant to a high-powered and creative Executive personality.  Experience in the Architecture and Real Estate Development industries is a definite plus.  Benefits are OUTSTANDING and include full coverage of all healthcare expenses, a retirement contribution, and robust paid holidays.  Salary DOE.

As the Administrative/Personal Assistant, you will be expected to:

  • Day-to-day support for the Owner/Founder
  • Maintaining the Executive Meeting calendar 
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, and supporting graphics, images, and blue prints for executive meetings 
  • Make travel arrangements including flight bookings, hotel and restaurant reservations, ground transportation arrangements and all other logistics
  • Answering phone calls, greeting and escorting guests to meetings/appointments
  • Processing purchase orders, expense reports and invoices /coding
  • Other duties and special projects as required

To be considered, you will have the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience supporting C level executives 
  • Excellent writing skills and expert-level knowledge utilizing MS Word
  • Excellent mathematical, reasoning, and deductive skills and expert-level knowledge utilizing MS Excel
  • Expert-level knowledge of Revit is preferred
  • Excellent customer service and social skills are absolutely a requirement
