  • Managing company benefit programs (health, dental, supplemental, retirement) 
  • Conducting audits
  • Identifying and resolving discrepancies and issues
  • Acting as a source of professional knowledge for team members and encouraging team members to provide excellent customer service to our employees.
  • Qualifications:

  • 3+years’ experience in benefit administration;
  • 1+ year’s management experience
  • Working knowledge of benefit programs (PPO, HDHP, HSA, FSA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, WC and 401k)
  • Familiarity with standard practices and procedures of benefits administration
  • Experience in conflict resolution
  • Ability to promote a professional and approachable image showing confidence, knowledge and trustworthiness in handling sensitive matters.
