Parker + Lynch is currently looking for an experienced salesperson to fill a Business Development Representative for a full-time, hybrid position in Farmington, UT, for a well-respected and fast-growing online education platform. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who thrive under pressure, are naturally high-energy, and prefer to work with a base salary + uncapped commission structure.


This position entails cold-calling and qualifying warm leads, working with account executives to close deals and make sales. Sales experience is required, B2B sales experience is strongly preferred. Our ideal candidate will be comfortable cold-calling warm leads and confident in their ability to qualify those leads for their account executives. Our ideal candidate will also excel at working in a hybrid structure, be a self-starter, and able to hold oneself accountable to deadlines and metrics.   • Cold-calling warm leads and qualifying warm leads for account executives
  • Exploring market trends and needs to identify new potential client bases
  • Facilitate inbound and outbound customer service and sales
  • Assist and provide support to account executives on an as-needed basis
  • Additional Information

  • Hybrid model, 3 in office, 2 at home. During training is all in office for 2 weeks
  • Unlimited PTO, 10 paid company holidays
  • Full time, M-F
  • Healthy base salary + uncapped commission
