Parker + Lynch is exclusively searching for a Business Analyst for one of our clients in Albuquerque.  This role is responsible for analyzing data and producing reports used to influence business decisions.  Strong SQL experience and financial understanding is required.  The salary range for this role is $75K-$90K.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Working with multiple department heads and upper management, analyzing data to influence business decisions
  • Maintaining the data warehouse and ensuring the effective integration to various other systems company wide
  • Building reports and dashboards for trends analysis and patterns using SQL
  • Analyzing KPIs, variance analysis, and business metrics, providing data to executive leadership
  • Working with the finance department to assist with financial analysis
  •  

    To qualify for this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in analytics, finance, accounting, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience as an FP&A analyst, business data analyst, or financial analyst
  • Proficient with BI tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and SSIS
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong ability to engage with various leadership levels, multitask, and stay organized
