Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the sales pipeline of contacts, key information and sales activity status for the Indianapolis Market.
  • Set and manage a personal pipeline of leads of at least 175 companies including Indianapolis target clients.
  • Using intelligence from industry/service teams and practice development department, develop sales call strategies for prospective clients in Indianapolis market.
  • Assist Indianapolis Location Leader in developing referral and new client relationships
  • Help enhance process of securing referrals from existing clients to referral sources
  • Collaborate with Director of Practice Growth and Practice Development team to ensure sales strategies for prospective clients are integrated with marketing strategy and Indianapolis growth goals.
  • Expand existing client relationships with responsible partner by introducing additional, new and valuable services.
  • Set and implement goals for expanding existing client base and converting prospective clients to clients.
  • Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business preferred
  • 5-10 years of business development experience
  • Prior experience in professional services preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
