Parker + Lynch is seeking an experienced Corporate Training Manager for opportunity with our Oklahoma City client.  This role will create and implement innovative learning and development solutions to train internal stakeholders including the corporate sales team, representatives, dealers and distributors.

Responsibilities include:

  • Design, develop and conduct instructor led and virtual trainings around new product developments, specialized customer trainings, etc.
  • Manage the entire corporate training process from start to finish.
  • Work within Learning Management System to coordinate trainings.
  • Prepare training materials.
  • Requirements for the role include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources or related
  • Minimum five years in a training development role in a corporate environment
  • Strong program management/project management background
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
