Parker + Lynch is seeking a contract Data Entry/Auditor Specialist in NE Albuquerque, NM. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated candidate who will be responsible for processing accounts receivable, audit purchase order transactions and expense transactions for 1,000+ invoices and adjust the invoices. Pay will be $30.00 an hour.



  • Obtain all supporting documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, contracts, bids, etc. that relate to the transaction.
  • Document the details of the original transaction recorded, including amount, timing, and what the amount was based on (i.e. project bid, estimates based on prior experience with a vendor, contracted rates, etc.)
  • Assess the accuracy and appropriateness of the original transaction based on the underlying support.
  • Document the details of the actual final expense recorded (true-up/adjusted cost based on final vendor invoice) and the timing of the expense recognition of the true-up/adjustment.
  • Assess the accuracy and appropriateness of the final transaction true-up/adjustment based on the
    underlying support.


  • Advanced level of skills using Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent problem solving/judgment skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines
  • Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as a team member.


  • Audit background a nice plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required for data entry


    Employment Type: Full-Time, Temporary Employment Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
