Parker + Lynch is exclusively searching for an Executive Assistant in Albuquerque, NM. This position is for a well-established technology company that has a great reputation and has been steadily growing.  This role is remote until it is safe to return to the office.  Our client is looking for someone who can help to support the senior leadership team and general operations of the business.  There is a lot of professional growth within the company.  Target salary is between 60k and 70k with stellar benefits. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist management in preparation and the development of materials, data, and other information to be used at Board (and other) meetings.
  • Maintain corporate records of SWE offices; design and maintain database of documents.
  • Interact and meet with external clients.
  • Liaise with internal staff, Managers, and Executive Team on project coordination.
  • Serve as liaison with property manager.
  • Schedule meetings on behalf of General Manager.
  • Maintain scheduling calendars for governmental reports and other critical activities.
  • Assist in the development of annual reports and employee newsletters.
  • Perform other tasks and/or duties as assigned.
  • Prepare and edit MOUs, agreements, correspondence, NDAs, contracts, grants, project proposals, etc.
  • Prepare sensitive correspondence, press releases, articles, reports, and presentations
  • for Executive team.
  • Assist with project contract management, including budget management.
  • Attend online meetings with external stakeholders on behalf of General Manager.
  • Manage General Manager’s schedule.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed notes at various meetings.
  • Conduct research for Executive Team re legislative matters, and for preparation of reports and documents.
  • Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 7+ years of executive assistant experience
  • Legal administrative experience a nice plus
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Current driver’s license required
