  • Client Development:

    As an Executive Recruiter, you will have the opportunity to develop a base of clients as well as manage existing relationships with current clients in the Portland Area. This involves research, prospecting, direct marketing, and client presentations. To fulfill ongoing searches for the firm’s clients, you will build key relationships with the key decision-makers of leading Fortune 500 firms, Start-ups, and Middle-Market Companies.

    Candidate Recruitment:

    As an Executive Recruiter, you will identify candidates and build relationships with talented staff, senior, middle management and executive-level Supply Chain, HR and Operation professionals. Using extensive internal resources, networking, and social media sources, you will work to match the talents of those professionals with open searches. Executive Recruiters take the time to understand their candidate’s career aspirations and professional goals and match them with the needs of the client.

    You are a good fit if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 2 Year of experience working in the Staffing Industry
  • Strong business acumen
  • Motivated by exceeding weekly KPI Metrics
  • Ability to quickly establish and maintain long-standing, meaningful relationships with hiring managers and leaders across many industries and environments
  • Competitive drive, strong work ethic, and a high sense of urgency
  • Excellent communication skills and personal presentation
