Our client, a for-profit health system is seeking Executive Vice President of Ancillary and Support Services for two different locations! The position will have a lot of visibility and growth opportunities.  The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience.

    Responsibilities:    

    This role would be accountable for the effective operations, administration, and evaluation of hospital ancillary and support services. Directly oversees Radiology, Lab, Dietary, Environmental Services, Therapy (PT/OT/ST) and other departments as needed. This position will provide strategic direction for the hospital and be a key member of the C-Suite Administrative team.

     

    Minimum Qualifications

  • Masters in Health related field or Business Administration.
  • 5-10 years experience in business development.
  • 10+ years progressive healthcare management experience, preferably in a healthcare acute hospital environment.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated mentoring and coaching capabilities.
  • Excellent oral, written, and technical skills.
