Help Desk Position in Seattle, WA

 

Parker and Lynch is currently conducting a direct hire search for a Help Desk position in Seattle, WA. Our client is seeking an experienced person to join their stable, growing company!

 

Responsibilities for Help Desk Job

  • Respond to incoming requests from phone, email, and other communication channels and document issues and resolution accurately
  • Provide support for issues related to Microsoft Office, Windows OS, hardware, software, peripherals, etc.
  • Provide one on one support to new and existing employees
  • Serve as back-up to other offices as needed
  • Resolve issues with printers, wireless setup, email connectivity, company computers and peripheral devices (smart phones/tablets, etc.) on multiple platforms and all other IT related needs as assigned

Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook
  • Experience with supporting software and application installations
  • Experience in a high call volume support environment
  • Two (2) or more years with Desktop Support experience
