Parker + Lynch is working with a professional services client that has an immediate need to hire an HR Generalist focused on benefits.  This role is a blend of HRG tasks and benefits/comp/total rewards.  This role is based in Albuquerque, NM with a hybrid remote schedule (3 days at home, 2 days in office).  You will be supporting a privately owned company with multiple locations. Occasional travel could be needed, once a quarter.  You will be supporting up to 250 employees nationally.

Target salary is 75k + bonus with comprehensive benefits including maintain any HR related professional licenses. 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of HR experience
  • PHR/SPHR is desired
  • Bachelor's in human resources, business or psychology required
  • Industry knowledge in professional services strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of benefits and compensation. 
  • Strong working knowledge of general HR policies & guidelines to ensure state and federal compliance
  • Experience with employee relations and employee engagement required
  • Proven ability to develop employee talent programs to cultivate, measure and improve productivity
