Parker + Lynch is seeking an HR Generalist (Payroll/Benefit) for opportunity with our growing manufacturing client in North Oklahoma City!  This individual will perform a wide variety of payroll, HR and benefits related duties as detailed below.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing onboarding including new hire orientation and set up

  • Manage and facilitate the leave process for all corporate site employees

  • Employee relations
  • Payroll processing and compensation review for domestic employees
  • Time and Attendance support
  • Provide support with benefit programs
  • Involvemet with coordination of employee events or other related activities
  • Requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or combination of related years of experience
  • CPP preferred
  • Experience working in HRIS payroll system(s)
  • Minimum 2 years payroll/human resources experience working in a fast-paced setting
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
