Parker + Lynch is working with a client in the education industry that has an immediate need to hire an experienced and organized HR Business Partner/Generalist in the Albuquerque area. You will be part of a small HR team reporting to the Director.  Our client has about 200 employees. Target salary is 72k with comprehensive benefits.  Including 4 weeks of PTO.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of HR experience
  • PHR/SPHR is desired
  • Bachelor's in human resources, business or psychology required
  • Industry knowledge in eduation a nice plus 
  • Strong knowledge of general HR policies & guidelines to ensure state and federal compliance
  • Experience with recruiting, employee relations and employee engagement required
  • Proven ability to develop employee talent programs to cultivate, measure and improve productivity
  • Essential Job Duties:

  • Support all human resources functions for entity
  • Recruiting
  • Employee relations
  • On-boarding
  • Discipline, coaching and mentorship
  • Ad-hoc projects as needed
  • Pay Rate: 60k to 72k/year

    Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm -
