Parker + Lynch is working with a nonprofit client in Santa Fe, New Mexico to hire an excellent Human Resources Manager.  This is an immediate need.  We are looking for an experienced and organized HRM/HRBP. 

You will be supporting an organization of 100 employee.  This company has grown rapidly over the last few years.  You will supervise a small HR team.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Masters degree is highly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 8+ years of HR experience
  • PHR/SPHR is desired
  • Essential Job Duties:

  • Manage HR team and daily operations
  • Provide strategy support to executive leadership team
  • Manage all human resources policies
  • Strong knowledge of general HR policies & guidelines to ensure state and federal compliance
  • Support and/or lead ecruiting, hiring, on-boarding, HR strategy, employee engagement and retention, succession planning 
  • Point of contact for external benefit and payroll vendors
  • Proven ability to work effectively with executive leadership and cross fucntional teams
  • Partner with the COO for legal, compliance and HIPPA
  • Ad-hoc projects as needed
