Parker + Lynch is seeking an HR Manager in Albuquerque, NM. As an HR Manager, you will partner with the VP of HR on performance management, training and development programs, and general HR responsibilities. Candidates are required to have 6+ years of HR experience in leadership, Bachelor's degree in HR or Business is strongly preferred, and must be able to work independently. This is a direct hire role with a salary range of $80K-$90K depending on experience, plus great benefits. This role is remote due to Covid, and will be offered a hybrid schedule long term.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Spearhead program development in performance management
  • Manage various programs
  • Oversee performance reviews, leadership development, and succession planning
  • Work closely with Learning and Development
  • Coordinate company events
  • Employee relations
  • Assist with onboarding and integration for new hires
  • Review documents and conduct exit interviews
  • Partner with the VP of HR on policies and procedures
  • Requirements:

  • 6+ years in HR leadership role
  • Supervisory experience is required
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
  • Superior communication and organizational skills
  • SHRM-CP and/or PHR certifications are preferred
